Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we received your purchase. Orders are reviewed for availability and scheduled for fulfillment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you by email before proceeding to discuss available options.

Shipping Method

Orders weighing 150 lbs or less ship via parcel carrier at no cost. Orders over 150 lbs ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight.

🛠️ Unloading assistance included

Freight deliveries include forklift / liftgate service to assist with unloading at no additional charge.

Delivery Information

Forklift / liftgate service is included for curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for moving the equipment from the delivery location to the final installation area.

Damages

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted, take photos of any damage immediately.
